Dean Seese is the President of Seese Consulting Inc., a restaurant and hospitality services company. Dean is also the New York Franchisee for Gecko Hospitality, the nations leading and largest restaurant and hospitality management recruiting firm. Dean began his restaurant career in 1980 with Pizza Hut, where he worked for 8 years as a General Manager in Pittsburgh, PA. Dean then went to Classi-Co Foods, a franchise company for Pizza Joe's, a regional pizza chain where he was a District Manager for Western PA. Dean's next station took him to Little Caesar's where his corporate responsibility was Director of New Store Openings in Southwest PA. In 1991, he then signed on with TGI Friday's where he spent the next 13 years as a troubleshooter and General Manager of high volume units. Dean also had the privilege of completing Carlson's Business and Leadership program. Dean is a three-time recipient of the Presidential Gold Star, the highest award given within that organization for professional and operational excellence. Dean received numerous other citations as well as being listed in the 2000 Millennium Edition of Who's Who among American Businessmen.
Dean currently holds the CPC Certification (Certified Personnel Consultant) through the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). Dean began recruiting and consulting in February of 2005, realizing his lifelong dream of owning his own company. His industry success has been a natural backdrop for his current success. Dean's "work hard and smart" philosophy as well as his ability to surround himself with great people is the reason he is where he is at today.
In his spare time, Dean is an accomplished musician and motorcycle enthusiast. Dean also enjoys traveling with his wife Kathleen, and spending time with his children, Nicole and Levi and also with his grandchildren, Elijah & Alyvia.
