Kevin Kalstad with Gecko Hospitality took all of the leg work out of identifying and pre-screening any potential candidates, allowing me to continue to focus on operations while looking for a new General Manager. We are located in a remote area and find it extremely difficult to find senior managers with the experience needed to run a facility of our volume.
