Dreama Molson had been in the restaurant industry in various aspects of Human Resources for over 18 years. She started her career with Red Lobster and has worked for Boston Market, Apple Metro (Applebee’s Franchise), Rare Hospitality and most recently, Olive Garden. Dreama is passionate about helping people find their right fit.
Originally from Southwest Oklahoma, Dreama graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1998 with a degree in Education. She relocated to Minnesota to work for a Panera Bread Franchise, then moved to the East Coast to escape the harsh winters. Living Washington D.C., Philadelphia, and New York City for over 15 years she recently moved to Dallas/Fort Worth to be closer to family.
Dreama is loves the outdoors where she hunts, fishes, snowboards and plays golf as well as takes Krav Maga and supports all the local sports teams. She travels extensively in her spare time and reads to her ferocious dog which is a half Yorkie/half Maltese, Gizmo.
