I began my journey in the hospitality field very young while washing dishes in my families catering and grocery businesses. I developed an appreciation for fresh foods and a great work ethic. This has stayed with me through the years and has always been the cornerstone of my philosophy in the business. Over the years I have developed a keen sense of what it takes to be successful in not only restaurants but all aspects of the hospitality field. I am a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont which was an amazing journey as well as a valuable learning experience. Although this was my formal education, I acquired the majority of my culinary skills from working closely with my family and learning the tricks to making things fresh and great.
I have many years of both branded, high-volume experience and lower volume but high- quality restaurant experience. Couple that with years of nightclub and grocery store experience, I can be very selective with choosing the right candidate for what an employer is looking for. I have worked with such companies as Planet Hollywood, Dave & Buster's, Applebee's and Boston Pizza, just to name a few. I have owned my own restaurant, nightclub and bakery over the years doing scratch cooking and booking live entertainment for nightclubs. My years of experience will show as I help connect people with the right careers.
