A Word From Our Clients.
"We began working with Victoria Epstein in 2010 in the Minnesota market. It is a market where additional recruiting support is absolutely needed. Victoria has had great success in the very short time we've worked together. Victoria is incredibly dedicated to listening, understanding not only the specifics of the opening but also our processes and has superb follow through & communication. As Victoria has gotten to know our company culture, she has also asked to proactively bring candidates into our recruiting process to see if a possible fit might exist and we have made a great hire or two in this way.
Victoria also takes the time to build a solid relationship with me as a client. She is sensitive to what is happening in my work world and also wants to get to know me as a person. It has been a pleasure to work with her and hope we can continue to do so for a long time to come."
