Tara started working in a four star Italian restaurant, La Cucina, at the ripe age of 16. She worked her way up from bus girl, salad prep, and dishwasher to work in their five star banquet facility, where she learned new traits and became a waitress, bartender and banquet coordinator.
Tara went away to college at Penn State University where she worked at a three-four star facility of the Tavern restaurant as a waitress, bartender and cocktail waitress in their Adams Apple room. She moved across campus towaitress in a five star French restaurant La Pappillion in the five star golf center of Toftrees golf resort. Showing her potential she quickly became an understudy manager for the facilities Eagle lunch room, La Pappillion, and Banquet hall coordinator.
After college she started joined Ruby Tuesdays as a server and was quickly made shift supervisor after being with the company for only two weeks. After 1 year, she moved into manager training and became the training manager for 4 new store openings.
After 4 years she joined Houlihan's to learn how to cook in a scratch kitchen, she moved in to bar and front of house manager positions. When Houlihan's closed their restaurants in the market she joined Ninety Nine restaurants which unfortunately also closed in the market after four years.
Tara was most recently with Applebee's for four years. She was well regarded for her local store marketing efforts and working with community groups putting together fund raisers. Her staff and fellow managers miss her smile and enthusiasm.
Tara is looking forward to bringing all of her restaurant experience to help restaurant managers find the perfect fit. She will be assisting in Colorado and Idaho and is very excited to start this new stage of her career.
