Shelley McMurray brings over ten years of experience in food service and recruiting to Gecko Hospitality. Prior to joining Gecko Shelley performed the services of Senior Administrative Assistant for Quality Improvement for the University of Texas Southwest Hospital in Dallas Texas.

Previously she acted as the Director and Assistant Director of Food Services for three hospitals contracted by Aramark Services which included Texas Health Resources Harris Methodist hospital in Fort Worth. Additionally she holds 8 years of management experience with P.F. Chang’s China Bistro. A Dallas native Shelley carries a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a Minor in Business from the University of North Texas.

Kevin Kalstad with Gecko Hospitality took all of the leg work out of identifying and pre-screening any potential candidates, allowing me to continue to focus on operations while looking for a new General Manager.
