A badly needed bail out plan, a hefty stimulus package, an extra push to get things moving; I’m not talking politics, but talking about what Gecko Hospitality has been for me over the past few months.
As you know, staffing situations can change very quickly. Two months ago, I found myself in need of several managers in No California; traditionally a harder area of the country to staff for most companies. Part of the strategic staffing plan (AKA the No Cal “Bail Out Plan”) was to reach out to Barry Mills at Gecko in No Cal. Along side our own efforts; Barry, Brian Fry and Scott Butts quickly jumped into action with great results!
Time and time again your team has assisted me in “stimulating” the pipeline of candidates. So many other companies will just forward resumes in hopes that one or two manager candidates will “stick”. Gecko consistently provides well qualified, pre-screened candidates; understanding that sometimes less is more that it always needs to be quality over quantity.
