We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Financial Controller to join our dynamic team, providing financial leadership and expertise that align with our strategic vision.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial control role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• CPA certification is a plus

Job Responsibilities: As the Hotel Financial Controller at our Mesa, AZ location, you will:
