What You’ll Do

• Inspire and develop leaders – Coach General Managers to deliver consistent, high-quality results across all locations.
• Own your market – Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring each unit hits sales, service, and profitability goals.
• Drive growth – Implement smart strategies that elevate guest satisfaction, control costs, and boost performance.
• Lead by example – Model exceptional guest service, strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.

What You Bring

• Proven success managing multiple restaurant locations (3–5+ years preferred)
• Strong track record of developing and promoting top-performing managers
• Solid financial acumen – understands P&L, labor, and food cost management
