Job Qualifications:
To be successful as the General Manager at our restaurant], you will need:
- At least 21 years of age with a High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- A proven track record of 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service or casual dining.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer literacy and knowledge of restaurant POS systems.
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Job Responsibilities:
As the General Manager, you will:
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, staffing, and compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure smooth facility management and maintain operational excellence.
Financial Accountability:
- Take ownership of the restaurant’s Profit & Loss (P&L) to manage costs, grow profitability and oversee cash reconciliation.
- Track, measure, and drive improvements for sales and revenue.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise, train, schedule, and develop a team of 3+ managers and 15-50 employees.
- Create a positive work environment by mentoring Assistant Managers and fostering team excitement around company goals.
Guest Experience Excellence:
- Enhance the guest experience by exceeding service expectations and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
- Build strong community relationships and deliver local marketing initiatives.
Inventory & Compliance:
- Manage food orders, inventory, and preparation procedures to meet company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with health codes, food safety regulations, and company policies to maintain quality standards.
