Title of Position: Chef de Cuisine 
Job Description: The Chef de Cuisine will be expected to operate a well-managed, clean and safe kitchen while maintaining strict compliance with health, safety and security standards and procedures to provide a healthy and safe working and dining environment. The person in this position will oversee the preparation of food which includes employee recipe adherence while meeting the company’s high standard for food presentation, sanitation and quality. The Chef de Cuisine must meet restaurant financial objectives, such as food and labor costs, sales and guest counts.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume, professional kitchen environment
  • Strong organizational skills to manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory, and scheduling.
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with local health regulations. 
  • Expertise in menu development, seasonal specials, and maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
  • Ability to lead and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a positive, productive work environment.
  • Financial acumen to assist in budgeting, food cost management, and minimizing waste.
