She is also a former Division 1 Swimmer and positive leader who has a passion for helping others succeed and grow in their careers. She is a huge proponent of continuous learning, which motivates her to find the next best self-growth or business podcast as well as educate herself every day! She went the extra mile in her educational pursuits, earning a Bachelor of Science in Management/HR and MBA in Leadership from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Marcella is known for her positive can-do attitude, keen eye for details, and solution-oriented approach. She is originally from Miami but lived in Brazil for 13 years, making her fluent in Portuguese and English. She has resided in Fort Myers with her husband for over 11 years and loves watching a beautiful FL sunset. Nowadays, you’ll find her traveling, enjoying new cuisines, hockey games, working out, swimming, listening to motivational podcasts, and spending time with her husband, baby boy Liam, and Samoyed puppy Bolt!
