Craig Egan is the Gecko Executive Hospitality Franchise Partner for Minnesota. He has 31 years of experience in the restaurant business, with the last 11 years as a Multi-Unit Director and Vice President.

Before becoming a part of Gecko Hospitality, Craig successfully built top of the line management teams, while facilitating top-level financial results as both a single unit operator as well as a multi-unit operator. Throughout his experience in the restaurant industry, Craig has ultimately prided himself on the relationships he has built with his employees and guests. His exceptional experience in strategic planning and customer service transfers perfectly to Gecko Hospitality. His ability to build great teams will be an asset in matching candidates perfectly with employers. Joining Gecko Hospitality has fulfilled a dream of owning his own business.

Born in Fargo, North Dakota he started as a dishwasher in a local café and with drive and motivation, elevated himself to the vice president of a restaurant chain, and now the owner of his own business. He recently moved to Minnesota for a life on the lake with his wife Cindy, his son Jack, and his daughter Jordan. He spends his time when he’s not recruiting surrounded by family and friends, often cheering on his favorite sports team, the New York Yankees.
