Rubert Nogales is excited to join the Gecko family as a Franchise Partner for Connecticut and Rhode Island. Rubert brings with him over 20 years of restaurant experience and is a graduate of a Culinary Arts School. Early in his career, Rubert worked his way up from line cook to a Regional Kitchen Manager for Houlihan's Restaurant chain.
When the opportunity came to open a Stir Crazy location in New York, Rubert began as an Assistant General Manager was soon promoted to an Operating Partner and then a Regional Partner for this small chain. His passion for the industry and his desire to take his knowledge to a new level is what brought Rubert to Gecko.
Over the years Rubert has prided himself on the relationships he has built with his employees and guests. Rubert's experience, integrity and work ethic will guide him when placing a candidate with a client. Rubert looks forward to finding the perfect pairing. Becoming a franchise partner fulfills a lifelong dream of his to own his own business.
Rubert and his wife Susan, have three children. Rubert enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, coaching his children's teams, reading and visiting Cape Cod.

A Word From Our Clients.
This is a letter of recommendation for Gecko Hospitality. Gecko Hospitality has played a vital role in Houlihan's success over the years with its support of our management staffing and recruiting. Whether it is through open houses, career fairs, or direct staffing Gecko hospitality has always been there to provide the support that we need.
One of the areas that I feel is so important not only in the Hospitality field but in all fields is customer service. The people at Gecko Hospitality are what I like to consider 'Leaders in our Industry.' They truly understand what it takes to get the job done, but do it in a professional yet personable manner.
Thank-you very much for many years of partnership and success and I look forward to many more years of continual success and friendship.
