Training and Support

Here is where the rubber meets the road! Our training begins in Fort Myers, Florida where you will spend two full weeks with Robert Krzak, President of Gecko Hospitality. For the past 15 years, Mr. Krzak has trained over 75 professional Hospitality Recruiters and provides consultation for the recruiting teams to several fortune 500 hospitality organizations. While all of these Recruiters are not Franchise Partners within the Gecko Hospitality franchise system, they are however Recruiters with some of the largest companies in the restaurant business. When you become a Franchise Partner with Gecko Hospitality, you train with a professional that has developed, designed and implemented cutting edge recruiting strategies that stand out from our competition. To be the best you have to be trained by the best! Mr. Krzak stands by his proven and trusted recruiting techniques which is why you are never trained with anyone other than the "Top Gecko" within Gecko Hospitality.

During your training period, you learn all aspects of the Gecko Hospitality franchise, including applicant tracking software, proven methodology and systems for identifying suitable hospitality candidates, Client and role playing interaction, and other advanced elements of the hospitality recruiting industry. Each Franchise Partner will receive a copy of our proprietary Client Database which represents over 450 clients within the Gecko Hospitality system. You will leave training not only fully operational but also with a complete step-by-step Operations Manual for reference.

Ongoing Support

Once you leave training, you will be supported by the entire Gecko Hospitality management and support staff. Our success is determined by providing the resources that will ultimately make you a successful entrepreneur. The management team and support staff will provide ongoing mentoring and advanced training through webinars, personal consultations and bi- annual conferences.

As a Franchise Partner of Gecko Hospitality, your presence, as well as the presence of your recruiting staff on the Gecko Hospitality website is maintained by our internal IT department. Social media as well as all online advertising and marketing is handled by our own marketing staff. Here, all of Gecko Hospitality's customized job postings are created and designed which can be uploaded on such job sites as Monster, Career Builder, Craig's List and Hot Jobs to name a few. All marketing, advertising and social media is produced and constantly maintained by our internal staff. All media is available and accessible to our Franchise Partners via our media center located on the Gecko Hospitality website.
