Greg Bates has more than twenty years of restaurant and hospitality industry experience with some of the top brands in the industry. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Greg began working for Chili’s Grill & Bar while attending college. After graduating, Greg moved to Honolulu for a management opportunity at Chili’s Waikiki. He eventually relocated back to his home state of Texas, rejoining Chili’s / Brinker International, and did several restaurant openings, on his way to becoming a General Manager / Managing Partner. Greg also worked with Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, before joining BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse where he worked for several years until deciding to become a restaurant management recruiter in 2015. Through his extensive management experience in field operations, Greg became adept at recognizing top talent, and is now applying his skills to help match clients with the top candidates from our network of industry professionals.
