What You Bring to the Table
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams effectively
- Expertise in kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance
- Strong communication skills with a professional approach to customer service and conflict resolution
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to implement company policies and achieve set goals
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- A degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not mandatory)

As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a vital role in our team by:
