What You Bring to the Table

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams effectively
  • Expertise in kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance
  • Strong communication skills with a professional approach to customer service and conflict resolution
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to implement company policies and achieve set goals
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • A degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not mandatory)
