Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced and energetic culinary leader who excels at motivating teams and delivering exceptional results. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume restaurant (annual revenue of $4M+).
  • Proven success in mentoring, inspiring, and managing teams to achieve excellence.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Expertise in optimizing food and labor costs to drive profitability.
  • A culinary degree (preferred but not required) paired with extensive hands-on experience.

Your Role as Kitchen Manager

As Kitchen Manager, you’ll lead all back-of-house operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence at every step. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing Food Preparation: Maintain high culinary standards from prep to plating.
  • Ensuring Quality: Conduct taste tests, routine checks, and inventory reviews to deliver consistent results.
  • Upholding Safety Standards: Enforce food safety and sanitation protocols to create a clean, efficient kitchen environment.
  • Streamlining Operations: Manage ticket times, workflows, and productivity to ensure smooth service.
  • Building Your Team: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate back-of-house staff, inspiring top performance.
  • Managing Costs: Monitor food and labor expenses to meet financial targets while minimizing waste.
  • Scheduling & Maintenance: Create effective staff schedules and oversee equipment upkeep.
