  • Drive restaurant success by managing operations, achieving financial goals, and consistently improving performance.

  What We’re Looking For

  • At least 21 years of age with 2+ years of recent restaurant management experience in fast-casual or full-service dining.
  • Certifications in Food Handling and Alcoholic Beverage Service (TABC/BASSET preferred).
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire, engage, and motivate others.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (generating $3M+ in annual sales) while maintaining strict adherence to food safety regulations.
