About the Role

As our Restaurant Manager, you will be the heart of our operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a flawless and memorable visit. You will lead with enthusiasm and integrity, fostering a culture of excellence and supporting your team’s professional growth. Your leadership will be key to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Deliver unparalleled service and ensure every guest experience is exceptional.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the team on daily updates, sales projections, and special offerings.
• Staff Management: Manage schedules to ensure proper coverage and control overtime.
• Service Standards: Lead by example on the dining floor, setting and exceeding our high standards of service.
• Training & Mentorship: Train, mentor, and guide staff to excel in all aspects of hospitality and fine dining.
• Floor Operations: Oversee seating flow and address all guest needs, including special requests.
• Kitchen Liaison: Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service and effectively handle guest feedback.
• Wine Program: Promote wine pairings to enhance the dining experience.
• Hiring & Onboarding: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts with a focus on menu knowledge, wine service, and fine dining etiquette.
• Performance Management: Maintain staff professionalism and address performance concerns as needed.
• Team Development: Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to uphold service standards.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager is preferred.
• A strong background in the fine dining sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
