The Role: Restaurant Manager

As our Restaurant Manager, you will:

  • Inspire and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences daily.
  • Drive operational excellence while meeting sales and profitability targets.
  • Provide clear guidance, constructive feedback, and create opportunities for team growth.
  • Uphold our commitment to hospitality and sustainability, showcasing locally-sourced ingredients.
  • Manage P&L, scheduling, and inventory to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management.
  • Background: Preferred experience in upscale casual, fine dining, or scratch kitchen concepts.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in P&L management, scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Stability: A consistent work history with proven leadership success.
