What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with:
- Experience: 3–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
- Leadership Skills: A proven ability to mentor, motivate, and guide a team toward excellence.
- Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of kitchen management, including inventory control, cost management, and food safety standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Results-Driven Mindset: A goal-oriented approach to implementing policies and achieving targets.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Education (Preferred): A degree or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
Your Responsibilities
As Kitchen Manager, you will be instrumental in our restaurant’s success by:

- Leading and supporting your team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Upholding all company policies, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
- Managing inventory, controlling costs, and driving profitability.

- Collaborating with the General Manager to develop strategies for growth and improvement.
- Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to build and maintain a top-performing team.
