Who We're Looking For

  • Culinary Expertise: Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience in a restaurant, catering, hotel, or banquet environment.
  • Passion for Sustainability: A genuine love for farm-fresh ingredients and a steadfast commitment to sustainable cooking practices.
  • Specialized Skills: Proven baking and pastry expertise is a significant advantage.
  • Certification: ServSafe certified, or prepared to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Mindset: A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a strong work ethic and unwavering dedication to quality.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and execute innovative, seasonal menus.
  • Uphold our stringent standards for quality, consistency, and presentation in every dish.
  • Oversee all food preparation for daily service, special events, and seasonal offerings.
  • Maintain an immaculate and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage food inventory, coordinate ordering, and ensure proper upkeep of kitchen equipment.
  • Step into the Head Chef role as needed, guaranteeing seamless operations.
  • Actively pursue ongoing professional development and embrace continuous learning.
  • Embody and promote our core values in all aspects of your work, from team collaboration to exquisite plating.
