What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of bar management experience in upscale dining.
• Beverage Expertise: A deep understanding of wine, spirits, beer, and advanced craft cocktail techniques.
• Financial Savvy: Proven success in inventory management and cost control.
• Leadership Skills: Strong team-building, mentoring, and management capabilities.
• Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional communication and hospitality skills.
• Certifications: Current food safety and responsible beverage certifications.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent professional experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with POS systems and inventory software.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Your Role as Bar Manager

As our Bar Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our beverage program, ensuring seamless operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences:

• Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of beverage service at our Huntersville location.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and guide bartenders and servers to achieve excellence.
• Inventory Control: Manage a bar inventory exceeding $100,000 with precision.
• Beverage Innovation: Develop seasonal cocktail menus and elevate the beverage program.
• Training Excellence: Conduct staff training on service techniques and hospitality standards.
• Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and vendors.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local and state regulations.
• Service Coordination: Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Guest Expertise: Provide expert wine pairing and craft cocktail recommendations.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards in every aspect of bar operations.
