Location: Woodbridge, VA
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Multi-Unit General Manager to lead operations for a unique, high-volume venue in Woodbridge, VA. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) General Manager or a current QSR Multi-Unit Supervisor looking for a complex and rewarding challenge. You will oversee several distinct food and beverage outlets operating under one roof, in addition to a private events program.

Job Summary
The Multi-Unit General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the venue, providing strategic leadership and hands-on management. You will drive performance across all outlets, ensuring consistent service standards, financial health, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and quality across multiple outlets.
- Oversee and develop a team of 4–5 subordinate managers, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting to achieve financial targets.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the events team to ensure the successful execution of private functions.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational and financial results.
- Required: 5+ years of progressive management experience in the restaurant industry, specifically within QSR or fast-casual environments.
- Required: Proven leadership experience managing a complex, high-volume single venue or multiple units.
- Required: Exceptional multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Preferred: Experience with military leadership and operations is valued but not required.
