Job Qualifications:

To be considered for the General Manager position in Charlotte, NC, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing high-volume, full-service, or fast-casual restaurant concepts
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of managers and hourly staff
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including profit and loss statements
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least 4 closing shifts per month 
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
