Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Chef, Culinary Manager, or Kitchen Manager
- Polished casual, upscale, or fine dining experience (preferred)
- Experience in a scratch kitchen (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food cost, labor cost, and waste management
- Stable job history
- High school diploma or equivalent (Culinary degree preferred)
