  • Event Management: Practical experience managing weddings, banquets, and other private functions is essential.
  • Preferred Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and cost control metrics.

  • Operational Leadership: Spearhead the daily operations of both the restaurant and banquet facilities, ensuring seamless service.
  • Financial Acumen: Drive profitability through strategic cost control, effective inventory management, and targeted upselling initiatives.
  • Team Development: Train and mentor front- and back-of-house teams to elevate service quality and promote accountability.
  • Flawless Event Execution: Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of all weddings and special events, guaranteeing excellence.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to brainstorm, develop, and launch new revenue-driving event concepts.
