Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve excellence in food quality, safety, and service standards.
- Implement and maintain systems to manage costs effectively, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop BOH schedules that align staffing levels with operational needs.
- Manage inventory with precision, maintaining accuracy and accountability.
- Contribute to staffing efforts, including hiring, onboarding, and retaining top culinary talent.
- Uphold consistent food and service standards that create memorable guest experiences.
- Leverage strong organizational skills and sound judgment to excel in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
- Proven ability to train, develop, and retain high-performing staff.
- A passion for delivering remarkable guest experiences.
- Demonstrated success in meeting financial goals, including sales growth, cost control, and labor management.
