Key Responsibilities (Kitchen Manager – BOH Leadership)
- Oversee all back-of-house (BOH) operations in a high-volume kitchen
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team
- Ensure food quality, safety, and consistency standards are met daily
- Manage food cost, labor cost, and inventory control systems
- Build and maintain efficient kitchen schedules aligned with volume

Kitchen Manager Qualifications
