Job Qualifications

We are seeking seasoned hospitality leaders with a proven track record. Qualified candidates for the General Manager role in Charlotte, NC should possess:

• Experience: 3–4 years of bar management experience preferred (minimum of 2+ years required)

• Leadership: Strong ability to mentor, motivate, and manage teams effectively

• Drive: Self-starter mindset with a passion for brand building and business growth

• Operational Skills: Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and strategic scheduling

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Charlotte market is a plus 

Key Responsibilities

As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind daily success, including:

• Operations Management: Oversee all daily operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence

• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire staff to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences
