Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff, provide training, direct work, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily food prep, cooking, and plating, stepping in for the Head Chef to ensure smooth service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet Lily Ann's high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
  • Inventory & Supplies: Manage food ordering, stock rotation, and cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment.
  • Guest Experience: Work with front-of-house to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Menu & Development: Assist with menu planning and development, particularly for a steakhouse setting.
  • Food Safety: Maintain strict health, safety, and sanitation standards. 
Essential Skills:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking.
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of steakhouse cuisine.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
