Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee BOH Operations: Ensure kitchen efficiency, safety standards, and smooth daily operations.
  • Lead and Train Culinary Team: Mentor and foster a positive, collaborative work culture.
  • Menu Innovation: Design and implement seasonal menus that celebrate authentic Mexican cuisine.
  • Financial Management: Manage inventory, labor costs, and vendor relationships to maintain profitability.
  • Quality Control: Maintain rigorous standards to ensure every dish exceeds expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Front of House (FOH) management to deliver a seamless guest experience.

 

 

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years as an Executive Chef in authentic Mexican or similar cuisine.
  • High-Volume Expertise: Proven success in operations generating $1.5M+ in annual sales.
  • Passion for Culinary Craftsmanship: Driven to innovate and elevate team performance.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
