• Ensure consistency in service, cleanliness, and execution
• Manage shift flow, staffing, and operational performance

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
• Proven ability to lead teams on the floor and drive results
• Strong focus on guest service, team development, and operational excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• High standards for service, cleanliness, and accountability
• Valid driver’s license
