Restaurant General Manager – High-Impact Leadership Role

We are actively seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant in the Charlotte / Concord, NC market.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven General Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to drive sales, elevate service, and build strong teams.

This is not a maintenance role — this is an opportunity to step in, take ownership, and improve performance, culture, and execution immediately.

Key Responsibilities – Restaurant General Manager

• Lead all day-to-day operations of a high-volume restaurant (~$4M+ annual sales)
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing FOH & BOH team
• Drive guest satisfaction, service standards, and cleanliness
• Take ownership of P&L performance (food cost, labor, sales growth)
• Rebuild and energize the bar and overall guest experience
• Be a visible, floor-driven leader during peak service times
• Create a culture of accountability, energy, and hospitality excellence

Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and improve operations
• Strong knowledge of P&L, food cost, labor management, and systems
• Hands-on leadership style — thrives on the floor, not behind a desk
• High-energy personality with strong communication and leadership presence
• Experience turning around or improving underperforming locations is a major plus
• Multi-unit experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
