What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the front-of-house team during service
• Coaching and developing servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
• Creating memorable guest experiences
• Managing labor, scheduling, and shift execution
• Building a positive culture that people want to be part of
• Working alongside ownership and senior leadership to drive results
