Job Description: The Front of House Manager will work side by side with the Proprietor managing the three management responsibilities: People, Sales, and Profits. The Front of House Managers focus will be developing our front-of-house staff, but will still assist the Proprietor in recruiting, training and developing all Team Members and will ensure they are treated with respect and will contribute to the decisions of hiring and terminating employees. The Front of House Manager will help build sales through service and will follow through with sales growth plans both inside and outside the restaurant.

Qualifications:

· The Front of House Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity

· The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Front of House Manager

· The Front of House Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others

· This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager
