What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations of a high-volume, fast-casual restaurant and bar
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate team members to bring their best
• Host daily pre-shift meetings to build alignment, energy, and team engagement
• Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and drive profitability
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee food, beverage, and supply orders
• Ensure top-tier service standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Help create an environment where guests and employees alike feel welcomed, heard, and respected

What You Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
• A passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage P&L, ordering, and inventory with confidence
• A hands-on leadership style with a guest-first mindset
