Director of Operations – Luxury Boutique Hospitality

Location: West Palm Beach area

Compensation: $170,000 + bonus + executive-level benefits

A newly revitalized luxury property is seeking a Director of Operations to help shape its next chapter. This isn’t a “keep the lights on” position—it’s about transforming guest service into an art form and building a culture where excellence is the baseline.

As the right hand to ownership and the General Manager, you’ll guide all property operations, from Rooms to F&B, through strategy, accountability, and inspiration. You’ll be surrounded by a team that believes hospitality is equal parts precision and heart.

What You’ll Do

• Lead department heads to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximizing profitability
• Drive performance standards across Rooms, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering
• Develop systems that turn vision into a daily rhythm and efficiency without losing the human touch
• Mentor and empower managers to think like business owners, not just operators
• Partner with ownership on capital planning, budgets, and long-term positioning
