Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 base salary

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily service with a strong presence on the floor, especially during evenings
• Build and mentor a high-performance front-of-house team
• Set and maintain standards for service, cleanliness, music, lighting, and overall ambiance
• Partner with culinary leadership to ensure operational flow and guest satisfaction
• Oversee financial performance, including cost controls, forecasting, and reporting
• Support a private club-style guest component and activate high-touch engagement
• Work closely with ownership and executive leadership on long-term strategic goals
