Position Summary:


The Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager will oversee operations across multiple locations, driving service excellence and guest satisfaction daily. This individual will set and maintain service standards, ensuring every guest interaction is exceptional. You will have direct oversight of daily revenue exceeding $6,000 across locations, taking full responsibility for P&L and financial management to achieve business goals. Additionally, the Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager will play a critical role in coordinating events in partnership with the hotel and working closely with guests to design memorable occasions. You will lead and mentor a talented team, including two experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers (ARMs) who each bring two years of operational expertise and staff leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of restaurant operations across multiple locations, upholding the high standards of an upscale casual establishment.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to enhance guest satisfaction and address challenges effectively.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's event team and guests to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
  • Directly oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Mentor and develop team members, including two ARMs with extensive knowledge of operations and a talented front-line staff.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance development to ensure an engaged and successful team.
  • Make data-driven decisions to maximize profitability and streamline processes.


Compensation & Benefits:


Salary: $85,000 to $90,000 plus bonus (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of high-volume, multi-site restaurant management experience in upscale casual or similar dining environments.
  • Proven ability to manage daily revenue of $6,000 or more across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in P&L management and financial reporting.
  • Strong passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing hospitality professionals.
  • Excellent event coordination and guest service skills.
  • Track record of achieving operational and financial goals while delivering superior guest experiences.
