We're seeking an experienced and creative Sous Chef to support our Executive Chef in driving menu innovation, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and ensuring exceptional food quality.

About the Role:

As Sous Chef at our Bucks County, PA location, you'll be responsible for:

• Executing daily specials and menu items to our high standards of quality and presentation
• Assisting with menu creation and development, staying up-to-date on culinary trends and seasonal ingredients
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen organization
• Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and upkeep, adhering to health and safety standards
• Assisting with prep work, plating, and expediting during service

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in an upscale casual restaurant
• Strong culinary skills, with attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
• Passion for delivering exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction
