Location: Greater Kansas City, MO (Metro-wide travel required)

Compensation: $70,000–$75,000 base + up to 50% bonus

A bold expansion is underway in Kansas City: 5 new locations in the pipeline for 2025. We're searching for an experienced District Manager ready to lead the charge, roll up their sleeves, and drive results across multiple fast-paced restaurant units.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Multi-Unit Operations: Manage 5+ locations across the metro with a hands-on leadership style
• Build High-Performing Teams: Hire, train, and coach strong managers and hourly staff
• Set the Standard: Champion an energetic, inclusive workplace that reflects brand values
• Crush the Metrics: Own KPIs for labor, food cost, guest satisfaction, and revenue
• Launch New Stores: Support staffing, training, and flawless execution from day one
• Stay Visible: Spend time in the field solving problems, mentoring teams, and elevating performance
• Own the Business: Oversee inventory, scheduling, payroll, and cost controls with precision

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience managing multiple locations (District/Area Manager roles preferred)
• Background in QSR, fast-casual, or high-volume restaurants
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Motivator of diverse and entry-level teams
• Entrepreneurial spirit with operational and financial acumen
• Strong record of success and stability in previous leadership roles
