Assistant General Manager – High-Volume Sports Grill

We’re searching for a Front-of-House focused Assistant General Manager to help lead operations at a flagship location of a well-known sports grill brand. This is a powerhouse unit doing $10M+ in annual sales with over 300 seats, and it needs a seasoned AGM who can keep things running smoothly without missing a beat.

Your Mission:

As AGM, you’ll focus on guest experience, staff development, and day-to-day FOH operations. You’ll work alongside the GM to drive service, training, scheduling, and execution—especially during peak volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead FOH operations with a focus on speed, service, and atmosphere.
• Support hiring, training, and scheduling of FOH and bar staff.
• Oversee bar operations and assist with inventory and cost controls.
• Ensure top-tier guest experiences during high-volume shifts.
• Uphold brand standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of FOH restaurant management experience, preferably in high-volume casual dining.
• Bar management experience is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-volume environment.
• Team-first mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.
