What You'll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on food quality, guest satisfaction, and cleanliness
• Coach, develop, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house team members
• Partner with the General Manager to drive operational excellence and profitability
• Manage labor schedules, inventory, and food cost controls
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Create a welcoming, energized atmosphere for guests and team members alike

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service or casual dining environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build team morale and accountability
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience with performance metrics, labor cost management, and guest satisfaction goals
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
