Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 + Quarterly Bonus

We’re looking for a hands-on, energized Kitchen Manager to lead BOH operations, inspire the team, and ensure consistent quality in every dish we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-energy, scratch-made kitchen
• Lead and develop a passionate team of cooks and prep staff through coaching, training, and daily shift leadership
• Conduct daily line checks, enforce food safety standards, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen
• Manage inventory, food costs, and vendor relationships to support profitability
• Collaborate with FOH leadership to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Uphold and embody a culture of hospitality, inclusivity, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume setting
• Strong culinary foundation and commitment to quality and consistency
• Ability to manage food and labor costs while maintaining excellence
• Calm, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for coaching others
