Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy individual with a passion for hospitality, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of employees to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and team performance to meet business needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Monitor inventory, food quality, and operational efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Drive sales and profitability while controlling costs and meeting financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong customer service and team-building skills.
• High-energy, positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and financial performance.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary of $60,000 - $65,000 annually.
• Bonus potential of up to $6,000.
