What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching of team members.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and uphold a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and labor costs to meet financial targets.
• Ensure all food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met.
• Work side-by-side with your team, leading by example and driving results.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of management or supervisory experience (restaurant or hospitality preferred).
• Energetic leader with a hands-on approach and strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and adapt in fast-moving environments.
• A guest-first mindset and a passion for building positive customer relationships.
• Organized, dependable, and driven to deliver results.
