Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

As Assistant General Manager, you will be pivotal to our daily operations, working alongside the General Manager to drive our mission of creating a memorable dining experience. Your leadership will ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including team scheduling and shift management.
• Support food and beverage inventory processes, with an emphasis on cost-efficiency and our focus on local sourcing.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Address guest concerns swiftly and effectively to maintain our standard of exceptional service.
• Assist in managing financial reporting, cost optimization, and achieving revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a high-volume, quality-focused restaurant or bar.
• Proficiency with POS systems, MS Word, and Excel.
• Strong skills in personnel management, scheduling, and operations.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.
